Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to install, upgrade, and maintain the software and products for Tessitura members using our Cloud Hosting services. They will also work very closely with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the rollout and adoption goals are met and attainable. In addition, contribute to upkeep of department documentation and processes.

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to install, upgrade, and maintain the software and products for Tessitura members using our Cloud Hosting services. Specific Responsibilities:
- Install the Tessitura application for new Tessitura members across multiple servers.
- Upgrade and maintain the Tessitura application in the Cloud Hosted environment.
- Assist with the migration of existing clients from on premise installation to the Tessitura Cloud Hosted environment.
- Maintain infrastructure of the Cloud Hosting environment as needed for Tessitura members.
- Perform other software and product upgrades for Tessitura integrations.
- Collaborate with Support, Development and Automation teams to test deployments of new releases and features.
- Collaborate with Professional services to test deployment of installs and updates for integrations and customisations.
- Perform troubleshooting of installations, upgrade automations and network problems as necessary to identify the root cause of issues reported.
- Provide escalated resources for support staff regarding the Cloud Hosting environment and software in a timely fashion.
- Provide training to Tessitura members and internal teams, as well as new Product Release team members as needed, within a defined scope.
- Create and maintain internal documentation to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information available to our internal teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
- To ensure a quality efficient experience with upgrades and installs for our members and staf.
- As a term of employment, the post holder may be required to undertake such other duties and / or times of work as may be reasonably be required commensurate with the general level of responsibility within the Company.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, whilst demonstrating prioritisation skills and a consistent sense of urgency to meet assigned deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with proven track record of working with different teams and people of all demeanours.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated and ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment, including learning new functionality and skills, Must be able to work independently and in groups.
- Ability to follow online and written procedures.
- Excellent communicator, written and verbal.
- Demonstration of strong customer service skills, initiative and ability to assume additional duties.
- Must be extremely detailed, organise and results oriented.
- Experience of the Tessitura application, SSMS, SQL and Citrix.
- Knowledge of GoCD Pipeline
- Knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
